No relief has been given by the concern authorities till date (September 05th 2010). Neither any action been taken by the said secretary to the government of India ministry of Finance even communicated to the petitioner till date (September 05th 2010), in-spite of the meeting with Shri Nigam 0n 26th April 2010 (in effect of continuous persuasion since 2nd week of January 2010) .
